What is your name (or nickname if you like 😊) and position at FWF?
I am Delia, Head of Automation Delivery & Training at Future WorkForce.
How long have you been a part of Future WorkForce?
I have been a part of FWF since May 2018, more specifically since the company was founded.
What is your role at Future WorkForce?
My role is to ensure the quality and quantity of the deliverables, organize the way of working in the delivery department, support the growth of our employees, and collaborate with other roles in the company.
When not working, what do you do to relax?
Some activities that relax me are practicing kickboxing, listening to music, reading, playing drums, and spending time with people dear to me.
What are your passions?
I have discovered two passions: what I do at work and martial arts. I am happy that I can dedicate time to both to excel. I guess I'll see what other passions I will discover in the future. 😊
Which is your favorite movie/book, and why?
A book that I've recently read and has given me a critical view would be "Man's Search for Meaning" by Victor Frankl. The idea that you, as a human, can rise above suffering to find your meaning in life is very appealing. Victor Frankl is the founder of logotherapy, a part of clinical psychology that helps people focus on finding their own purpose in life.
What has been your most significant professional success to date?
I think that my most considerable success was when I received feedback that I was on a good path in what I am doing as a leader for my team.
What are your plans for career development this year?
This year, I plan to implement a performance management system, listen and understand what my team needs and work on that, and align the company's needs with their needs.
Which are the advantages of FWF in having you as an employee?
I think the advantages would be that I have a hands-on attitude and solve problems. I listen and understand what needs to be done, and I do it.
Would you recommend Future WorkForce to your friends and acquaintances, and why?
I would recommend FWF, firstly, because of the culture we've developed here. Everybody is friendly and helpful, making it a great place to work and grow; secondly, because of the opportunities at FWF for professional and personal development.
