Future WorkForce joins AROBS Transilvania to lead the way in intelligent automation

Future WorkForce is pleased to announce that is now part of by AROBS Transilvania Software Group the largest technology company listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, in a deal that further strengthens both companies’ position in the intelligent automation market.

FWF, which was founded in 2017 and has operations in Romania, UK and Germany, has become a leader in the digital transformation services industry in Europe, helping companies worldwide streamline and optimize their operations through technology. With a team of approximately 100 specialists, FWF develops intelligent automation solutions using the latest RPA, AI, and ML technologies to automate repetitive and time-consuming tasks, allowing organizations to focus on added-value activities.

The acquisition by AROBS will allow FWF to expand its capabilities even further and support its customer base expansion by creating further synergies, including the one with the already-established digital transformation brand FastPath Automation in Benelux.

The company’s management will continue to be ensured by Mihai Balaj and Marius Bene as co-CEOs and Daniel Muresan as CTO.

AROBS and FWF had been collaborating since 2020 in a partnership through which FWF was supported with establishing a delivery center in Breda, the Netherlands.

The acquisition is part of AROBS’ strategy to develop new areas of expertise for software services and acquisitions by integrating existing players operating in complementary industries, which allows synergies and easy integration. AROBS has been expanding into international markets, especially in the UK and Germany, and complementing its business process automation expertise through CoSo Netherlands and Belgium, where it is present under the FastPath Automation brand.

FWF has an excellent reputation in the local and international markets, with its team being recognized for the customized approach and innovative solutions it provides to clients. In 2022, the FWF group recorded a turnover of approximately 22 million lei.
