We are seeking an OutSystems Developer to join our consulting team. Based in the UK, our team provides market-leading services across various industries, both locally and globally.

• Design and develop high-quality, scalable OutSystems applications using agile methodologies.
• Collaborate with teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship within the development team.
• Conduct application design reviews and requirement gatherings with stakeholders.
• Manage application maintenance and troubleshoot critical issues.
• Oversee end-to-end development, ensuring long-term value in solutions.
• Utilize your industry and technical knowledge to influence high-level decision-making.

• Experience with the OutSystems platform (or similar platforms like Mendix, Appian, etc.).
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Proficiency in web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript).
• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Collaborative problem-solving approach.
• Adaptability in client and team interactions.
• Experience in multicultural projects and environments.
• Familiarity with agile methodology support tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).

• Leadership in managing complex initiatives.
• Awareness of current market trends (Cloud, Data Analytics, Emerging Technologies) and their impacts.
