With over 20 years of dynamic management experience across a range of industries including logistics, postal services, manufacturing, and software development, Marius has dedicated his career to driving change, innovation, and sustainable growth. He is passionate about harnessing the power of technology and innovation to redefine industries.

With extensive experience across all facets of financial services, Chris plays a key role in driving our growth. His background spans Front, Middle, and Back Office functions, where he delivered some of the most significant strategic initiatives for one of the world’s top banks. Chris focuses on developing new and existing client relationships whilst exploring new opportunities to expand into other sectors.

He leads a team of over 90 professionals who automate processes for 100 + customers globally. Prior to FWF, Razvan worked as UiPath CoE Lead, Software Developer, Technical Lead, and Solution Architect for several global software companies.

Is responsible for overseeing S&M activities for different Intelligent Automation technologies. With a background in Banking, IT, Healthcare, Legal industry has an extensive experience in working on Intelligent Automation projects. She believes in the power of collaboration and innovation and is always seeking ways to add value and drive growth.

Eric is a highly professional, adaptable and flexible technology expert with over 15 years experience in the financial services, pharmaceutical and retail industries. Eric is Head of Power Platform at FWF, leading our Power Platform strategy and ensuring the best results for our clients.

With over 6 years of experience in automation Ruslan progressed through various stages of software development, learning valuable lessons at each step. Currently, he leads a skilled team, prioritizing their growth and well-being while delivering top-tier software services.

Leads the team of project managers & business analysts in FWF since 2022. She has more than 10 years of experience in process analysis, improvement, and automation. Expertise in Procure-to-Pay, process improvement tools & techniques (DMAIC, DFSS, Lean Six Sigma, Green Belt certified), Business Process Management, Coaching, and training.
