As a result of continued business growth, we are seeking an Power Platform Developer in Romania to help drive business value for our clients.

We are seeking a Power Platform Developer to join our team at FWF. We provide Power Platform capabilities to our clients, offering expert development, integration, and automation solutions. This role involves working with clients to design, develop, and implement Microsoft Power Platform and Azure-based solutions that drive business value. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build innovative solutions and enhance digital transformation efforts for our clients.

• Solution Development: Design, develop, and implement tailored Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio, Dataverse, and Azure services, to meet client needs.
• Integration & Automation: Connect Power Platform solutions with on-premises and cloud-based ERP, CRM, and IT systems, ensuring seamless automation and process optimisation for clients.
• Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, client process owners, and technical teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Testing & Deployment: Collaborate with client stakeholders to test solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and are successfully deployed into live environments.
• Comprehensive Solution Documentation: Create, update, and maintain detailed documentation for all solutions to support knowledge transfer and future enhancements.
• Continuous Improvement & Knowledge Sharing: Stay updated on new Power Platform features and advancements, continuously improving and up-skilling to deliver cutting-edge solutions for clients.

• 2+ years’ experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio, Dataverse).
• Experience with Azure services (e.g. Functions, Logic Apps, AI).
• Knowledge of software development and project lifecycles (Agile & Waterfall).
• Experience developing scalable and reusable solutions across various business areas such as HR, IT, and supply chain.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Proven experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design and deploy solutions for clients.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

• Bachelor’s degree (2:1 or above) in Computer Science, Data Analytics, AI, or a related field is preferred.
• Microsoft Power Platform or Azure certifications (e.g., PL-400, PL-200, AZ-102) are highly desirable.

• To be eligible, you must possess a degree with a 2:1or above in technology or a related degree.. This could include, but not limited to, Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Software Developments, Network Engineering, AI/Robotics Information Technology or other.
• Ideally you are a certified developer in UiPath or Microsoft Power Platform

• Work Environment: This is a client-facing role with a remote-first approach, but occasional client site visits may be required.
