A global retailer was struggling with manual processes and disconnected systems, which were limiting the ability to manage increasing demands and hit targets. As volumes increased the company was experiencing backlogs for manual processes across multiple ERP systems including SAP, Kaleidos, and Kronos. The company wanted to reduce the manual effort and create capacity for the increasing demand
Approach
